Item arrived and missing parts. Contacted seller who didn’t reply. Contacted Ali Express to get involved and they said, don’t send item back and appeal for part refund. I did as they said, but now case is closed and no refund due to not sending back item.I was told by Ali express not to send back. Will not buy from this company again. Be warned. Terrible, when I followed their actions and only wanted part refund.
